Bedgebury Camping can accommodate large groups who want to camp together. We have spacious fields for big group camping so that you and your group can get together for your summer camping weekend. The campsite has extra large fire rims for group campfires to ensure that there is plenty of space for all of you to toast your marshmallows over the fire.

It can be tricky finding places to stay for large family gatherings or special reunions. Depending on the size of your family, the size and availability of some types of accommodation does not always work.
Bedgebury Camping can provide a place to stay for families looking to stay together this summer. Family groups or reunions of most sizes can be accommodation over the summer months in our large camping fields.
Large pitch camping for big groups
The large camping pitches at Bedgebury Camping mean that tents or campervans can be arranged in a formation that suits the group, often around a central campfire, for the most special camping experience. All the usual rules apply to large groups i.e. no amplified or electronic music to be played at any point during the stay, and late night noise should be kept to a minimum.
With families often spread across the country, it can be hard to find a location for large family gatherings where you can all spend a couple of days together enjoying each other's company. At Bedgebury Camping in Kent we have provided the location for many family gatherings and family reunions over the years, with grandparents and new born babies coming along for the the family camping weekend.
Large groups can pitch together on the campsite as long as their bookings are linked on our own booking system, which allows everyone to take control of their own booking, amendments and payments. The standard campsite rules apply to all large groups when on site i.e. no electronic or amplified music to be played in the camping fields at any time and late night noise should be kept to a minimum, for the benefit of other campsite users.
Corporate and team-building camping
For companies looking to get their teams out of the board room, or away from Zoom meetings this summer Bedgebury Camping can offer an alternative solution. Corporate and team-building weekend camping is available at Bedgebury Camping in Kent. Our spacious fields allow for easy set up and informal interraction around the campfire. We don't have specific pitches, just large fields so you can arrange things how you would like. Cars and vehicles can be brought on site and parked near tent pitches for added convenience.
Campsite close to team-building activities
Our superb location - minutes from Bedgebury Forest for Go Ape and mountain biking, or Bewl Water for water sports - make it a superb location for corporate camping weekends or team-building activities with camping nearby.
Campsite with catering options
For those wishing to organise outside catering this is not usually a problem for us. In the past we have been happy to accomodate large groups who have arranged external providers for e.g. hog roasts or who have arranged food deliveries direct to the campsite. We also have on-site catering providers for all campers on most weekends that we are open, selling coffees, breakfasts, lunches and more substantial meals on Saturday evenings.

Student and university camping groups
Bedgebury Camping can also accommodate student and university camping groups. If you are booking on behalf of a large group of young adults, you are advised to check our terms and conditions first to ensure you are aware of our policy regarding young adult groups.
Depending on the composition and size of your group, you will be allocated to a particular field prior to your arrival. Our pitch policy is based on a first come basis thereafter i.e. pitching where you want within the pre-allocated field.
